Residing in Bushwick, owners Rosie and Pete are committed to crafting beautiful, ethically sourced, food for the neighborhood.  If it's in the bread, it's from New York.

They have partnered with Farmer Ground Flour, a network of New York farmers and millers, who provides them with 100% organic, stone-milled flour. Their aim is to blend the new school with the old, keeping in touch with ancient traditions while bringing a little (well... a lotta) Brooklyn into every loaf.
